A Saturday outfit. I did some shopping and had a meeting that day. I love layering like this in the Fall when the weather can change a lot throughout the day. Adding a vintage inspired statement necklace over something frilly just works for me lately. I call this sweater my “Franken-sweater” because I took the collar and ribbon ties off one that was pilling beyond repair and found a new cardigan to sew them to. Worked like a charm and now I have my favorite sweater back!
The weather was warm but I was glad to have my sweater as the sun began to set. My husband and I had dinner and went out for awhile.
